A security deposit/reservation fee is $500 is due upon booking .

The security deposit/reservation fee ($500) will be returned to you
within 14 days after your departure,
provided there is no damage
to the rental beyond normal wear and tear;
there is no additional cleaning required
and the key has been returned.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or personal cheque.
Please note, there is a $25 charge for NSF cheque.
Check in / Check out:
The rental period is Sunday to Sunday.
Check in is after 4 p.m.
Check out is no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Contact owner for alternate arrangements.
Cancellation Policy: your cancellation notice must be made by email. 50% of the rental fee is refunded. Less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the rental fee is refunded. are all non-refundable.
